Of approximately 23 mins of air time on Public Service agreement, approximately 1 min was allotted to a spokesperson against the deal.
The presenter failed to ask David Begg what happened to the ICTU proposal to tax the assets and incomes of the super rich. Members were called out on a one day stoppage last year in support of this proposal. Minister Calleary was not pressed on the damage that would be done to provision of health, education and other public services by continued wholesale elimination of posts under the Agreement.
